MADISON COUNTY AUDITOR

Jennifer was elected as Madison County Auditor in November 2010 and is beginning her new term of office effective March 14, 2011.

Jennifer has lived in Madison County for most of her life. She graduated from London High School and went on to further her education at Wittenberg University in Springfield, Ohio, graduating with a BA degree in Business/Accounting. She was awarded her Certified Public Accountant license (CPA) in 1988, and has maintained an active license since then. As a CPA, she is required to complete 120 hours of continuing education in each three year period. She is proud to be a member of the American Institute of CPAs, the Ohio Society of CPAs and the Private Companies Practice Section of the AICPA.

Jennifer also brings close to 28 years of accounting experience to the position, coming from both the private and public accounting areas. Prior to opening her own practice in 1991, she worked for several Columbus, Ohio area companies in accounting. She has had her own public accounting practice for 20 years, working with many individuals and local businesses.

Jennifer is a member of the Madison County Republican Women’s Club, Trinity United Methodist Church in Lilly Chapel and Madison County Chamber of Commerce and Community Investment Corporation.
She resides in southeastern Madison County with her husband Greg and two children.
