The Madison County Building & Zoning Department handles a variety of different issues in hopes to make this Office more user friendly to the public. Madison County currently has countywide Zoning & Building codes. This office monitors the day to day issues for 13 of the 14 townships throughout the unincorporated areas of the County for Zoning & Development & all townships for building issues.
